I've got a Shockwiz that is showing a solid orange/red led constantly. I've tried rebooting it and I've also tried several new batteries to no avail. Anyone got any ideas?

If it's been previously paired, delete the current pairing and reconnect?

Try a Panasonic battery. They seem really sensitive to battery brand for some reason. Also, check for both software and firmware updates (although you'll have to get past the connection issues for firmware).
Check mtbr forums as well. There are a lot more shockwiz users on there

Tried that, tried deleting the app and reinstalling and I've tried using a different phone.
