[Closed] Shock bushings ? explain a little please... Shock length and effects on Geometry

So,

I've got a shock that's being sent off for replacement. However, should that not work out, i'll like to replace with another shock

So, the shock is a Fox Float CTD 2013 (Non Kashima) with 190mm length and 51mm stroke. 130mm travel. According to the PDF, the spacer is 22.2x10mm.

Now, what I don't know is which if any of the spacer info is generic etc, can I just buy a replacement shock and removed the spacers/bushings from my shock and fit into this new unit ? or, well, I don't know what the 'or' is really.

Something like this would be ideal for testing (and keeping ?)
