Just wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction for some new shock bushings.
They are to fit a rp23 that's on my five. It's a 2011 shock if that helps. I first felt the 'play' last weekend and know its the bushings.
I understand that there is an internal bushing and external bushings too and that the internal one is probably the one that needs replacing but tbh I am happy to replace both now. I think I can just borrow the tool
From my lbs but if anyone knows of a cheap tool that I can get my hands on, preferably from where the bushings are to come from.
Cheers
Matt
1/2 inch DU bushings BETD sell them
bushing code is 08DU08 from any bearing factor.
It's a single item, nothing internal/external about it.
Cheers fellas. I have found them on the mojo site. Any ideas of a good (cheapish) tool to install them or is one not really needed
If you have a vice, you can push the old one out whilst inserting the new one.
If your shock has the two piece 'top hat' bearing pins, treat yourself to a HD single bearing pin they last much longer.
Thanks again.
I have already ordered a new set of bushes from mojo and the above tool too so hopefully i may get my hands on them before christmas so i can then have two weeks solid riding on a solid bike!
Cheers
