Bought one of the small bottles a few months ago for £2 from my LBS.
After seeing them recently for £8 in about 5 shops, I assumed they had gone up dramatically with the recent price hike.
So went to Halfrauds and I managed to blag a small bottle of their own brand car stuff for free.
On my way back home, went into the LBS I originally got a bottle from and they are still £2.
My question is, did they use to be £2 and this would mean it is old stock (in which case I may stock up)?
Also, how the hell can they justify £8 a small bottle of oil?!
Don't ever recall them being less than £6.99, may be bottles supplied with brakesets that were surplus to requirements.
Is it the same as hydraulic jack oil and Citroen mineral hydraulic oil called LHM (green)
It is the same as LHM. Or at least, that works just as well.
