Yes they will, even if they are not the 'boxed' versions

Many thanks... trying spds for first time, dont know it thats wise with the current cold climate ice/snow..! should be some comedy falling off moments ahead.

It also gets into spd pedals and around the cleats so makes them hard to get into - so it may not be the best time to try them out!
