Looking to spend up to £200 a set for 4 piston or £100 for 2 piston
There will be plenty of shops with them in stock but with the current shortages what would be their incentive to discount to the prices you're looking to spend?
Merlin has SLX 4 pots in stock but for £310. Unless you find some MT501/MT520's (Merlin had them last week but think I nabbed the last pair) you'll struggle to find shimano brakes for that budget.
Last time I looked on CRC they had front deore for £72. No rears though.
Just checked it was still there and it’s now £83...
They have front saint for £180

I bought a set of slx 4 pots last night on eBay from China. Cost £230. PM me and I'll give you the sellers ID. Has two more sets left of slx left and a set of Deore 4 pots at £145
There’s some Hayes 2 pots cheap in the classifieds. I had them on a bike a few years ago, easily as good as deore from what I remember. Maybe get them for now.

There are xt calipers with pads on Amazon for £33 and I bought some xt levers from ze Germans for £67 and had them sent to my friend in France where they will be smuggled in soon.
