I needed to replace the hose on some Zee brakes. The banjo bolt has rounded and I can’t remove it.

Any ideas what I can do?

I’m in Newcastle if anyone can recommend somewhere that can fix it.

Just split the caliper into 2 halves and remove from the inside.
(Obv. you'll need a new banjo bolt after but you do anyway)
edit... scrap that the banjo screws into the far side I just checked

Just checked the SLX/XT Banjo... loads of clearance to cut a slot with a dremmel and use a flathead.
The assumes you already tried a T27 TORX bit hammered in and that failed.

As above. The bolt sticks up so it's easy enough to cut a slot and use a flat screwdriver. You'd probably get away with re-using it but sensible to replace it

Mole grips might help if you can get them on?

Had this problem with my mates bike, started with a dremel then hacksaw to finish off and make the slot straighter then a flat head bit in a mini wrench removed it, factory torqued up, so initially hard to undo.
Shimano hardware is crap and can be prone to rust, it's a pity Hope's hardware doesnt fit.
