has anyone gone to shimano 12 speed and found a mount to fit the XTR/XT 12 speed shifter to your hope tech 3 levers.
I'm currently running 11 speed shimnao with a matchmaker (ispec-ii) but I'm guessing ISPEC-EV needs a different one.
also has anyone seen stock of microsplien kits to convert my regular shimano freehub pro4 hub (boost) to microspline
