Matt, I don't know about the riding, but the air quality is pretty shocking! Epic food, though! 🙂
Sorry mate - rode on the road for 3 years, it was living in China that got me back on the bike, after a 15 year spell off it! Shanghai is pretty flat and didn't find any off road but wasn't really looking for it
Great opportunity to buy Giant bikes dirt cheap though (about £60 - or it was 6 years ago) top spec frames with cheap finishing kit, great to buy and then upgrade!
