I'm looking on parcel2go and it appears that a bike box, even cut down to the minimum size that will fit the bike (105 x 80 x 20) is too big for most of the couriers, cheapest option is TNT at over £30.

Seems a bit steep and probably kills the sale of a £100 kids bike, unless anyone has any advice?

Paisley Freight. Could have searched that relatively easily too...

I've sent bikes and frames with senditnow.com / parcelforce. All have been well packed and all have arrived within 24 hours... well, the one I sent to Northern Ireland was an hour late, but that's splitting hairs a bit.

Around £10 for a frame and £15 for a complete bike.
