Just a quick question, I’m selling my dropper on eBay and looking to get another however the majority of the ones I have been looking for don’t come with a cable or lever.
Mine does.
Are the cables and levers pretty universal and I’m missing a trick by selling it together?

If you like your lever, keep it. If not buy a better one. The bonty ones are great for not much money.
Cables are just gear cables and outers.

Instead of replacing it, can you use a shim? What is the diameter of your current seatpost?
Current dropper is 31.6 unfortunately so can’t shim it
Just be aware that not all posts/droppers are the same.
Some (most) have the fixed stop at the post end and the cut end at the lever.
Some though are vice versa
And it can be handy to have a spare lever in stock in case you break one...
