I stayed in Chalet L'Ecurie in Morzine last year. They are a great company, run by riders, all self catering but they also have some one in each chalet to keep it clean take care of stuff etc. These guys are also riders and can also come riding with you. They are not guides of course, but they all know their way around so if you follow them, you learn new tracks.

Alan Millway runs the company and is a top bloke and a seriously good bike rider also.
