Hi there. I need a new seatpost clamp for my Scott Scale bike, which has a seat tube with a diameter of 31.6mm. Would I be best off with a clamp with an internal diameter of 31.8mm, or 34.9mm? Cheers all.

You definitely don't want a 31.8mm. I don't know if a 34.9 would be correct for your frame though.
