Hey everyone - I've been experiencing a creak with a 30.9 seatpost and shim on my new ragley mmmbop and noticed some potential issues with the seat tube (Background here: https://singletrackworld.com/forum/topic/thoughts-on-ragley-frame-defect/)
A few weeks ago I bought a proper 31.6 post which surprisingly fitted ok and didnt creak, but it's started making a ton of noise now. I put a load of grease in there yesterday which helped for a bit but its still making noise - check the video below for a demo.
Im at a loss - would you say this should be a warranty issue?

That's a bit more than just a creak, I'd be going back to the company/retailer with that (and have done in the past, with what became a 'known' issue after more people started complaining).
Bloody hell, that's bad.
Only other bodge is to try some carbon assembly paste on it if you have any? Yeah, I know it's not a carbon frame but it sometimes works.
That said, I think that is just a frame well out of tolerance surely?
