Any idea what dia this is. It's for my daughter's 15" bike as it currently doesn't have one. I thouught it was a 34.9 but that seems too small?
Next question is anyone got one?

30.9 unless it's a very old bike .

As already said it should be 30.9 for the seatpost, but if you mean seat tube it should take a 34.9 clamp.
