[Closed] Hope vision hid possible problem.

I've a hope vision hid light from the auction site of your choice mainly because it came with a pair of the hard cell batteries.
The lamp fires up but tends to flicker with yellow pulses is it a sign it might not be working perfectly as much as the seller said?

It's not good. Neither of mine did that. I'd give hope a ring. Could be lamp or ballast problem?

Does it flicker on start up and then go away? If so mine did that just before the ballast went making it un-economical to repair.

Mines Four years old now and started playing up by flickering on and off, I replaced the cable and it seams to have fixed it..

I'm not too concerned as I have an idea troutie might have a plan to make it much much betterer.
Thanks all. I'll use it till its busted. Or split it for shell.

I have one too, it's definitely got a loose connection. Where did you manage to get the cable gavgas?
