[#3495010]

Santa brought me a Gravity Seat Dropper. Decided I would take the plunge after doing an Enduro with some pedally stages. Put it on a Blood and have had a couple of rides - fine. Even looked OK because the Blood is black and pretty industrial looking anyway.
However I realised that the Blood does not need it most of the time. You get to the woods, drop the saddle and then put it back up again when it is time to go home. Any mucking about bike is more about 'runs' than full rides and for this a dropper seatpost is less important, more time fannying about and standing around in the first place.
So Ok, I realised that it would be more suited to my Soul which I use for 'proper' riding and for which the benefit of dropping the seat even for short sections will be more useful.
But
The Soul is clean and simple and orange and is actually the nicest looking bike in the world (independently verified). With a great big black post and cables everywhere it is now something a mother could love. Will go for a ride tomorrow, it better be worth it ๐Ÿ˜•

Chiefgrooveguru, you may be right of course but i have another bike for aesthetic grrr. ( Your bike does look burlier than mine) But as I sink my way through a bottle of red I am resigning myself to the prospect and will just swap it between bike as needed.
