err, ^ that really

my winter bike has a flite on but it's totally waterlogged, doesn't dry out between weekly rides and it's scuffed to buggery too from having a muddy arse rubbed against it (steady on! 😳 )

the sdg site implies sadlles are kevlar covered but doesn't actually say so. Are they? Totally, not just sides/corners? What about water resistance?

Very good saddle . Mine has kevlar edges and top is synthetic but durable plastic/imitation leather stuff...doesnt ever seem to get soggy. Way tougher than a flite.

You can buy all leather (or fake leather at least) Bel Air's, they're not all kevlar/cordura on the sides...

The last all black one I bought was from Merlin Cycles, and it was all leather. They're also significantly cheaper than anywhere else for Bel Airs I believe, with cromo railed version for £20 and the ti railed for £32 iirc.

if my SDG bel air get wet I get a wet ar$e, the corners seem to hold a bit of water, no scuffs in it btw.
