Thinking of doing this this summer. Fort William to Montrose / Oban to Aberdeen / Kyle of Lochalsh to Montrose...
Has anyone done this recently? If so, any route tips? (or tips in general?)

Have a look at this- a DIY seven day, partially supported ride from Ardnamurchan Point to Broughty Ferry Castle on the edge of Dundee. We could have taken a much shorter route but figured the extras (like Ft Bill) and the week of solid riding, with technical elements every day, was well worth it. Oh, and we had about 10 minutes of rain out of maybe 50 hours of riding...
