Bought a 2016 scott spark 910. I have had problems with the forks not locking first of all, then not
realeasing when under load. Been sent away under warranty to mojo and came back the same. Anyone else had these issues?

Try playing with the twin lock its often one of the cables that need setting up properly though you might have done that already???

Yes, don't think its an adjustment issue. Sitting in the garage it all works fine butas soon as you put load on the forks they won't release. Fox have admitted there is a problem but not sure of the fix.
Ive looked through forums but can't find any posts on similar problems
