Hi
I have a 2017 Scott e-spark.
As far as I can work out:
- frame/swing arm join - bearing, 24x15xT5
- 3 other suspension links plus trunion shock base mount - IGUS bushes only
- top shock mount - standard type bush 22x8
Couple of questions:
- does that sound correct
- how easy to change are they (ie can I just push the bearings out with a homemade press etc) and do the Igus bushes come out easily
- ? what maintenance if any can I do to the IGUS bushes and how often will they need changing (*not high mileage user but do use all winter) - ? once a year as theyย seem to be about 40quid a set
any tips/info greatly appreciated

Igus swingarm/seatstay pivot busings and seatstay/linkage are finger install. Just reassemble with the spacers orientated and ordered correctly
Trunion bushes are finger press also.
22x8mm is a pretty standard shock bushing but best removed/installed with a proper press.
Maintenance frequency.. replace when they are still 'loose' with bolts torqued corectly. but keeping them clean is your best bet. They are not designed to be lubed but I'll waft silicon spray in the direction of mine every once in a while.
Main pivot, (pressed into front triangle).. I've diy'd them at home without special tools, probably only needed to once though through all the bikes I've had. linkage bearings (in the linkage), I dont think I've ever had to do them but would be diy-able and easier than main frame bearings..
cheers
I assume that you just spray over both sides per joint without any undoing
It does say in a ug that I found online
<div>The pivot and bearings on SCOTT Spark are extremely easy to maintain.</div>
<div>An external treatment with a grease spray after every bike wash is all you have to do.</div>
<div>We do not recommend heavy grease sprays since these will leave a film on the parts</div>
<div>which is difficult to remove. We recommend the same for the chain also</div>

Yep, spray it at the gap.
Watch your overspray onto the rotor though!
