Just wondering

For me its schrader on the mtb and presta on the road, the only reason i can think of is habit.

presta, means all my pumps are usable on all bikes, including road and mountain.

Presta, the little nut on the valve means it's always easy to get the pump on.

Presta for me because I run a home made tubeless set up. If I do get a puncture (only 2 in 4 years), I can undo the Presta valve and fit a presta tube without disturbing my rim strip (20" tube cut to fit)simples ๐Ÿ˜‰

Presta for commonality. Except on the unis as they came with schraeder, I haven't yet got round to changing them (or doing a tubeless conversion, which is what I'm most likely to do with the muni), and nowadays I have pumps which do either without too much trouble.
