Quite happy with my Scandal, but just to shake things up a bit, I'm tempted to try slackening off the headangle a bit. Has anyone tried this, and to what effect?
I'll be using an XL frame, so the reach reduction isn't a huge concern.

I run a 1 degree slackset on my inbred, I like it. I can't tell what difference it makes in terms of handling. But, what is does do apart from slackening the head angle. Drops the bottom bracket, lengthens the wheelbase and steepens the seat tube slightly. Which is the way frame design has gone in recent years.
Do it, you may like it too!
