Still love my shiny new bike but have managed to destroy a set of pads in 3 rides! Never happened before, made no attempt at bedding them in to slippy, wet gritty so making no judgment on Avid pads but needed to buy some new ones.
Bought from the retailer who shall not be named last time, and they were fine but after recent (possible) revelations I though about making a moral choice, thankfully Disco were cheaper so I can shift my bargain basement supplier of pads without even thinking about "doing the right think".
That was close...
