Go medium then. I'm your height and ballsed up by going large. Great if I wanted to do an all-dayer, but for my riding (razzing round trail centres and local woods for 2 to 3 hours) it was never right. Great frame, just wish I'd bought a medium.

defo a m. Im 5'8 and on a m, but running a short stem, and not a huge amount of seatpost.
