I like the look of the salsa vaya but am wondering what other similar bikes are out there? Steel frame, disk brake only road bikes with clearance for some fatish tyres to take on some rough stuff. I like the singular periguine but its too pricey. What else is there?

there was a review of an edinburgh cycles tourer for £650ish on bikeradar t'other day. they rated it very highly, worth a look I'd say
