My wife is struggling to find a comfy saddle for the MTB, but is very happy with an old specialized rival 143 I had in the spares box - she'd like another one for her commuter. They don't appear to be available anymore, does anyone know if the same / v similar one is sold under a different name in the spesh range? It's this exact one in this old review here:

Hard to tell without seeing the side profile, but it looks similar to the Phenom saddle. There's various different width and levels of padding in each model.
Do you still have the old saddle? Best thing would be to take it to a specialized dealer and compare to try and find the nearest match.
Likely the Phenom 143 will be just fine. I've just bought one to replace an old Rival 143 too.
