As title really just got some hope tech m4s special edition can I run 203 xt rotors f&b or slx 203 rotors f&b?

as long as you run the correct mount to caliper adaptors and the braking surface is the same width as the hope rotors then yes.

running an XT 180mm on my Hopes, practically identical discs to the standard Hopes but with concentric braking surface so your pads don't catch the spokes and cause judder.Can't see the 203mm being particularly different.
