Perhaps I'm being picky when considering the relative ineptitude of most chain bike shops. I registered for the opening offer for EBC Sheffield as I am in the market for a bike box and £30 off seemed a good deal. Their blurb said I would be sent a voucher on the opening day which was yesterday, still waiting. Not a great start.
