evoc freeride comes in xl; only 20l though.

are we talking about a biking backpack, or more of a general daysack?

Ton, Osprey are well worth a look, as they do varying sizes. Their big-backed versions are certainly a good fit for the larger gentleman. Great sacs too.

Osprey, that is. Not the larger gentleman. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Oh - that's small, you'll have trouble there as sacks of that size tend to have a fixed back length - 'one size fits all' as I guessed you've found out!

Try Macpac. I know they do an "AMP Race 25" which may work. The sack can be adjusted by up to 3 inches on the length.
