Just getting back on my bike after a shoulder injury. The bike escaped the impact, I didn’t. But the charger damper no longer seems to work... that said, I can’t actually remember how big e difference is between the settings.
Any quick fixes?

Rebuild the damper using the updated seal head.
The oil is leaking past the shaft seal.
