It happens on full extension. Pretty sure it's inside but could it be the top bushing?

If it's the bushing you'll be able to feel it when you lift the bike by the saddle.
RP23s make plenty of noise anyway, especially with the platform on.

The bushes have no movement.
After looking online I reckon it might be a spacer inside. It was tuned by Tf to reduce travel slightly.
Can they move around inside?

Took the air can off, and screwed it back on and now there is no clicking.
What could of changed?

Dunno, but if you remove the air can there's a seal that you're meant to replace.
