Aside from the routes in Derek Perdys MTB guidebook (Northumberland) any recommendations for a 3-5 hr loop around Whitley Chapel / Allendale area?

Thats it covered really. Beyond Hamsterly guide does the same routes. Coming slightly south the run over Bolts Law - shown as footpath on older maps but now bridleway is worth a look. Then continue on down to Edmondbyres. Theres's going to be a fair bit of road or railtrail to turn it into a loop. It was featured in MBR some time in the last year or so.
