Planning on riding in the Lakes over the next few days. Plotted a route on the map but wondered which way to do it to get the best descents out of the ride! Starting at Wasdale Head do ride the in the following order - Styhead tarn - Stockley Bridge - Seathwaite - Seatoller - Gatesgarth/Peggy's Bridge - Scarth Gap Pass - Black Sail Hut - Black Sail Pass - Wasdale Head... or do it in reverse?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Along with current conditions please.

I'd do it that way me. It's worth pushing up towards Esk Hause and descending to Stockley Bridge from higher up though, it's really really good.
Sounds good, how did your rid go? any decent pics of you guys out there?
What bikes did you take? Its fairly serious terrain out there so you must have been on full suss rigs at least!
