Evening,

Next weekend I am down near Bovey Tracey - missus is at an arty-crafty thing for the day so I am taking my bike.

I am looking for suggestions for routes near Bovey Tracey - I see Haldon is pretty close but would prefer some open countryside/moorland riding.

Any suggestions?

OS map, ride towards Lustleigh and the Nutcracker Stones.

Thanks - Just been looking at map.

Will start by exploring Lustleigh Cleave area, then come out through Water, and head to Hayne Down, bit of road to Hound Tor, then going over to Black Hill.

(although may shorten it depending on time)

In Bovey Tracey this weekend if any locals are about - now thinking of doing the route in this months MBR
