Not sure how I did - possibly cheap allen keys; but anyway I've knackered the cap so can't get it off with allen keys? Any thoughts? Need them bled pretty urgently

Can you dremel a slot in the head so a flat screwdriver will turn the screw?

Try gently tapping the head of the bolt with a hammer until the internal hex closes up a bit. It will also free up the threads.

Depends how rounded-off it is but do you have access to a decent allen-key...If so, try that, it's worked for me in the past, the fit on some cheapo keys have been really poor ime.

Failing that try a torx as has been said.

Failing that a dremel.

Failing that an easy-out type bit.

If you do knacker it getting it out then a new one is only 99p. Part number is 8VC 9801.
