Want to put bigger rotors on my old black and gold mono mini's. At the moment I have 180mm front and 160mm rear both IS mount

So I buy 2 of these http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=13736 then move the 180 rotor to the rear 160+20=180 ok?

But what rotor do I buy for the front? 180+20=200 and all the rotors
seem to be 203mm?

Help please

Sizing is nominal anyway.. 203 should be fine. You can always phone hope to confirm.

At worst you'll have to space out the mount. A couple of points raise themselves though: Do you really need a 180mm rotor out back? Are the seat/chain stays strong enough to cope?

Dont know. Am doing the Passport Du Soleil and am worried about overheating my brakes.

Bike is an old Orange 5. ?

Find the brakes plenty strong enough (in the dry, crap when wet)

Might just need sintered pads?

Are you "generously" proportioned? Unless you're a larger gent then generally for the PDS I'd reckon your sizes will be fine, just replace the fluid before you go.

14 stone? I'd say you'd be fine on the rotors you've got...
