[Closed] Rotor Bolt clearance

Hey all. Bought a new boost fork with the intention of upgrading my non boost wheels later on. In the mean time I've bought a boost adaptor kit with spacers. Installed it last night, but the clearance with the longer rotor bolts looks very tight. Could this cause an issue when everything flexes a bit under load?

They look chunky. The shimano triangular ones are flatter.
Maybe dremel the heads down a bit if you can’t find suitable long ones.

Think it'll be an issue?

I had this exact issue yesterday with what looks to be the same kit.
Doesn't clear my forks at all so wheel won't spin.
Normal shimano bolts are fine but I'm worried they may be a little short.

Is it the Velo Solo kit? That's the same as mine if so. Mine clears the fork but it's very tight. Anyone know if it's possible to get longer than normal rotor bolts with flatter heads?

Is your the velo solo kit?
I had the same issue but mine were actually rubbing the fork using zee rotors. I complained velosolo who sent me some button head screws but they were still not really long enough at 12mm. Toolstation or similar should have some longer ones.
I got the mop better boost kit in the end as got fed up messing about with washers.

I'll take a look at Toolstation in that case. What would I be searching for? Not really sure what to call them apart from rotor bolts.

M5 button head. Measure the length of the short ones then add the thickness of the disc spacer. Loads on eBay or fine your local fastener shop.

the bolts you get for Rotors are a type of button head. You'll want to make sure they have a torx socket instead of hex (which is normal for hex socket cap screws and button head) - else you'll be rounding them off if you're not careful.
