Does anybody know who is dealing with Rocky Mountain bikes for 2013?
The rocky mountain website says Evans cycles but i have rung them and the are not dealing with Rocky this year.

It used to be Silverfish.
I looked at an RM Element a couple of years ago, but the dealer warned me off them saying 'Cove are Silverfish's favourite brand, and they don't really care about the others.' I mentioned this in a post on here ages ago and the man from Silverfish came on to deny that this was the case and say they treat all equally.
I then bought a Yeti instead of the RM, when Evolution were still the importers. Had excellent warranty support from then, but then Silverfish took over Yeti and I have fallen out with them over another warranty issue.
Looks like the dealer was right all along!

FWIW, I get silverfish's facebook thingies in my news feed and they are always banging on about Evil, Mondraker, Turner and (particularly!) Yeti. I believe they recently invested in xc racers on thos wierd looking Mondrakers. In fact I can't remember the last time they showed off a new Cove on FB.

My memory is shocking, but arn't you the guy that fell off your bike, broke it & tried to claim it was warranty?
I'm not sure (m)any manufacturers cover 'crash damage' under warranty. I know we don't & we're a whole lot bigger than Yeti.
Oh, and FWIW, Evans did bring in RM after Silverfish dropped them, but they also have subsequently dropped them. Someone else is doing instead, but i'm not sure who as I haven't been paying attention in class.
My LBS dropped Rocky this year as they couldn't get any aftersales support- not sure if that was still with Silverfish or if that changed, though.

I believe it's now greenover distribution. You can contact them on the Facebook pages listed further up. They have been really good sourcing some parts for my bike, it's took about 3 weeks but they have been good.
@Andrewh- are you able to comment on any thread on this forum without turning it into an excuse to whinge about Silverfish? Butterbean is right- [b]you[/b] crashed your bike and broke it. From memory of the thread you put up about this; when told that you weren't going to be given a new one for free, you threw your toys out the pram, and haven't stopped crying since. Get over it...
Whatever the case, it's irrelevant as they're no longer the distributor of Rocky Mountain Bikes, and this thread was about finding out who is.

I have found the warranty support from Rocky Mountain (via Evans) to be very good. My 2012 Vertex frame failed (an issue within an internal guide) at the end of last year, and they sorted me out with a top of the range 2013 frame as a replacement. Glad to see that Rocky Mountain bikes will still be sold in the UK.
