Anyone changed the lower outer on a Reverb? is this something that can be done without having to send it off??!?
(Basically want to go from my current 31.6mm to 30.9) without buying a new reverb!

You might be able to swap with someone? Depending on the bike, it might be possible to get the seat tube reamed to 31.6mm, I think 18 Bikes were going to do it for someone with a Transition Bottlerocket.

You can but looking at the price of the other spares its going to be expensive!
