Why is my new vivid air doing this... It doesn't appear to be losing pressure, if it is I can't tell from the 10psi you lose removing the pump... Loses all it's travel and takes forever to return with a quick ramp at the end, set up in SRAM recommended 6,3,3
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

have you tried a different shock pump? what pressure are you putting in?

ive gone from 150 up to 220psi and same effect... no not tried a different shock pump... how would that make a difference?

That looks like a seal not sealing!

the pump might have issues but if not, there's a major sealing problem in the shock.
