have a second hand pair of 110-150 coil secktor forks,currently happy riding at 150mm but just realised u-turn is not working anymore turn-key doesn't turn and i dont want to force it,any known common faults/solution for this problem.

Takes 2 mins to take the spring out to have a look. It's a very simple mechanism so will likely just need a quick clean up and it'll be good again. At a guess it's just been turned a little too far when you last extended it

they get a bit rusty and full of grit making them hard to turn.
sometimes simply taking the uturn adjuster off, cleaning and regreasing solves the problem. failing that you can get new bearings and springs from tf-tuned to do the job properly.
