Hey,
I have just bought a '17 polygon siskui d8, it comes with rockshox recon RL gold up front which I believe have a all travel spacer in them, which would allow me to make them 140mm from 120mm. Has anyone had any experience with doing this? Can it be done? And would it have any adverse effects?

I think the Gold (aluminium uppers) maxes out at 120; it's the regular RL with steel uppers that goes to 150, at least according to the [url= https://www.sram.com/rockshox/products/recon-rl ]SRAM website[/url].

Oh bugger! Thank you. On another note, will 20mm of travel make a hell of a lot of difference? Mainly trail riding with a few steep descents
