Is it possible to increase the travel on these??
They're 2010 Reba SLs and I'm wondering if it's possible to increase the travel from 100-120mm??

Should be (some OEM ones not so much though).
Whip them apart, remove spacer from damper side, fire them back together and jobs a good 'un*
*remember to use oil at various points

Peterpoddys guide is easy-peasy to follow for my '07 rebas (went from 85mm to 115mm), don't see why it should be any different for 2010 ones.

You'll need some circlip pliers (watch that circlip!)
