Can anyone help with a problem with my 120 Reba RL Forks?

They do not come back up to full height after any type of decent drop off or continual depression i.e going down a series of steps?

Perhaps you need a little less rebound damping, as the fork isn't returning to full extension quickly enough, so is "packing down".
