how hard is it? how easy is it to brake them? and do i need any oil's ect.. while im in there? and what do i check for when there all open?
i mainly want to do it because there set to 120mm with a spacer and i want the full travel of my forks

Eh up tom
It is dead easy. You need 5w oil for damping and 15w for lubing. I got mine from here:

basically follow the instructions from the sram website (pdf download)

totaly agree with you guys.no need to be scared atall.just take your time and don,t force anything.like a litle jigsaw.print the pdf from sram and you laughing.
