I think I have just successfully fitted a Revelation Dual Position Air Spring to a pair of 2008 Pike Dual Airs.

The threaded section of the lower part of the assembly was not quite long enough to be sufficiently exposed at the bottom of lower to fit the crush washer and nut, so I swapped the spring and damper legs as the bottom of the lower casting is a different thickness on each side. The side with the brake mount is thicker.

The footbolt on the damping assembly probably only has two threads engaged - No chairlift dangles for this fork...

I have also reduced the travel by making a spacer from a piece of waste pipe. The forks are now 100mm/130mm, perfect for the front end of my AnthemX.

I think the spacer also may need to act as a volume reducer to enable the Dual Position to work properly. I can't test as I have 9 holes in my abdomen following an umbilical hernia repair. I will need to see if one can be made out of nylon on a lathe.

Does anyone know where I can get a slightly longer footbolt for the damping side? I have a standard bolt that will fit, but it needs to be hollow to allow rebound adjustment.
