I have just serviced my pikes (for the first time) and now that they have been re inflated they seem to be siting around 15% into there travel. Does anyone know why this is happening?

Cheers,

Paul

Did you tighten the bolts for the lower legs with the fork compressed or was the airspring pushed up in the fork when the lower airside seal head was installed?

Aye, thats what happens when you reattach the lowers whilst the stanchions are compressed. Can be fixed by undoing nuts, releasing the lowers and letting some air in , note they must be pumped up and at full extension when you do this.

Or you can slide a couple of cable ties down past each seal which will let the trapped air out.

Or, in this case, let some air in.
