Can you convert a set of recon gold tk sls from 100 to 120mm? Think they came on a specialized
Well I converted a set of Recon Gold RL Solo Air from 100mm to 120mm recently. I got the instructions from their website, but it does involve dismantling and removing spacers from the internals, which means refilling with shock oil and pumping them back up. Quite easy though. I suspect yours are similar. Appatently many of these forks can be changed form 80/100/120 just by adding or removing the internal spacers. If yours are coils though, I don't know.
Cheers. I saw that on the website, wasn't sure whether oem ones could be converted in the same way.
I had a set of 2011 Recon SL's that could not be increased, I believe all OEM's cannot.
