I'm considering buying these off of ebay for my son's bike but the serial number comes up as not recognised on the trailhead website and they seem a bit cheap for an air dampened fork even if they are 20 odd years old.
Anyone got any thoughts??

Trail head app is a more recent thing and Toras were relatively low end so prob why they aren’t on it.

Price looks about right too

very firm suspension.

Is it worth the grief trying to make them work?

Looking at the serial number, I’ve got an early set of Yari which I bought new - they don’t show up on the app either.

Brunreep in terms of the "grief in making them work" are you referring to the age of the forks?

They are 2010 (or 2011 model manufactured in 2010).

Service manuals are in the archive;
